April King has joined talent agency Artist Collective Entertainment (ACE) as a partner.
King joins the company from WME, where he spent two years. He brings his roster of artists to ACE, including P-Valley star Brandee Evans, Grammy-nominated singer and actress Keri Hilson, former Destiny's Child singer LeToya Luckett and Kind companyIt's Priya Kansara.
Prior to WME, King spent nine years at ICM. He started in the talent management industry as an intern at the William Morris Agency.
“I couldn't be more excited to join ACE as I make the leap into the world of management after being an agent my entire career,” King said in a statement to The Hollywood journalist. “I believe ACE is at the pinnacle of discovering and promoting multi-hyphenates across all verticals, and is a natural fit as I continue to grow my business and strongly advocate for diverse voices in all areas of entertainment.”
ACE was founded in 2023 by founding partners Nick Roses, Brian Sher, Eric Tomosunas and Mona Scott-Young. The company says it “develops and supports its multi-hyphenate, multicultural and diverse clientele,” and clients include Kandi Burruss, Busta Rhymes, DeVon Franklin and Wendy Raquel Robinson. King joins current ACE partners Laura Pallas and Gail Tassell.
