Introducing the publisher's new coffee table book Federerthe first visual biography of the Swiss tennis legend, offering an intimate look at his childhood, private life and record-breaking career.
Assouline 'Federer' Classic Edition
Produced over two years in close collaboration with Roger Federer and his wife, Mirka Federer, the book features never-before-seen family images from their camera rolls and personal archives, along with memorabilia from his childhood. This is in addition to exclusive interviews and handwritten notes, which capture his story both on and off the court. The 336-page book also includes quotes from Federer’s illustrious friends, including Rafael Nadal, Lionel Messi, Trevor Noah, Bill Gates and Anna Wintour.
The book is available in both Assouline's Classics Collection and the Ultimate Collection: the former retails for $120, the latter for $1,200.

The Classic Edition offers all the same content and images as the Ultimate Edition in a stunning hardcover format measuring 10 x 13 x 1.5 inches. The Ultimate, also known as the Limited Edition or Collector's Edition, is hand-bound using traditional techniques and housed in a luxurious clamshell case. It weighs 20 pounds (as opposed to the Classic Edition's six pounds) and measures 16 x 19 x 3 inches. As with all Ultimate Collection purchases, it includes complimentary gift wrapping, a signature bag, and gloves.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the book will go to the Roger Federer Foundation, which will support educational projects in southern Africa and Switzerland.
