An emotional and uplifting scene unfolded Monday outside CAA Century City headquarters as agent and co-president Kevin Huvane teamed up with Project Angel Food to honor his late brother Chris Huvane.
The ceremony, attended by CAA insiders, Chris Huvane's Entertainment 360 colleagues, Project Angel Food CEO Richard Ayoub and members of the Huvane family, saw the unveiling of a new white van that will be used by non-profit organization to deliver meals to seriously ill people across Los Angeles. Kevin said, “The Angel Food Project truly captures the essence of compassion and community, creating a profound impact on the lives of many individuals and families throughout Los Angeles County. By providing nutritious meals to those in need, they not only nourish the body but also uplift the spirit. It is an honor to support their mission in memory of my beloved brother, Chris Huvane, who was a guiding light to me and so many others.”
Chris, a beloved Hollywood figure who managed the careers of stars like Margot Robbie, Chadwick Boseman, Julianne Moore, Zach Braff, Henry Winkler, Zoey Deutch and more, died by suicide at age 47 on February 6, 2022. waves shock through Hollywood. “A brilliant manager, consummate colleague and friend, a rock of our company and our culture, loved by every single person who ever met him,” his company said in a statement at the time. “We are all better for having known Chris and are committed to honoring his legacy every day.” His family previously honored him with a special fundraiser in partnership with the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

As Chris Huvane's van travels across 4,751 square miles of Los Angeles County delivering 107,000 meals and hopes a year, customers will feel the incredible energy of the person who made it possible.”
