Dakota Johnson is remembering one of her first film roles, which saw her starring alongside Justin Timberlake The social network.
The actress was recently asked during a video interview with Vanity Fair whether he had any “preconceived ideas” about the “SexyBack” singer before filming together in the 2010 David Fincher-directed film.
“Are you kidding? I was just 19 and I was straddling Justin Timberlake and I felt like I was whipping him in the face with my hair,” she said. Fifty Shades of Grey star said. “100% had preconceptions, but he was lovely and kind and really welcoming to a person who was just a stranger.”
The social network featured a dramatized version of how Mark Zuckerberg founded the social networking site that would become known as Facebook and the legal battles that followed. Jesse Eisenberg played Zuckerberg while Timberlake played Sean Parker, founder of Napster and first president of Facebook.
“I think so because it was The social network and David Fincher, we've done it so many times I thought, I'm here too. I know, I know all the lines. It's still there,” Johnson said of the scene that saw her playing a Stanford University student who wakes up with Parker after hooking up.
“We've done this so many times I seem to remember it and it's happening now,” he said Mrs. Web the actress joked. “Maybe I was traumatized.”
The social network it won three Oscars, including Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Achievement in Film Editing, and Best Original Score.
