Dana Walden receives the 2025 PGA Awards Milestone Award

The Producers Guild of America will honor Dana Walden with its Milestone Award at the 2025 PGA Awards.

Walden, co-president of Disney Entertainment, will accept the award during the 36th ceremony on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at the Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles. The prestigious Milestone Award recognizes industry producers who have made historic contributions to the entertainment industry.

Previous recipients of the Milestone Award include Steven Spielberg, Bob Iger, Sherry Lansing, George Lucas and Kathleen Kennedy, Clint Eastwood, Brian Grazer and Ron Howard, Donna Langley and Charles D. King.

“His (Walden's) leadership, first as CEO of Fox Television Group and now as co-chairman overseeing Disney's global television portfolio, has had a major impact on the business. We are proud to recognize his outstanding and long-standing work in this area,” PGA Presidents Stephanie Allain and Donald De Line said in a joint statement.

For his part, Walden has shared his success with industry collaborators. “I have been incredibly fortunate to work with many of the smartest and most gifted producers in the history of the television and film industry, and I am grateful to Stephanie, Donald and the PGA for recognizing the tremendous value of these partnerships,” he said. said in his own statement.

At Disney, Walden oversees, among other duties, the studio's streaming services, including Hulu in the United States and Disney+ in more than 150 countries around the world.
