Jeremy Allen White is Bruce Springsteen in a first image released by 20th Century Fox.
The bear protagonist will be The Boss in the next biopic Free me from nothingdirected by Scott Cooper (Crazy hearts) and based on the 2023 book Deliver Me from Nothing: The Making of Nebraska by Bruce Springsteen by Warren Zanes. Springsteen's longtime music manager will be played by Jon Landau Succession AND The Apprentice actor Jeremy Strong.

Free me from nothing explores the making of Springsteen's 1982 album Nebraska, which followed the great success of the singer-songwriter The river album.
