Lil Dicky performs at a Las Vegas poolside concert with “Dave” star GaTa

Lil Dicky shared many personal thoughts — including those regarding his fire and desire — during his set at Ayu Dayclub in Las Vegas.

The star, aka Dave Burd, took to the stage with frequent collaborator GaTa at a Saturday concert from the Resorts World venue to perform a set of his crowd favorites and a couple of covers. Lil Dicky and GaTa share a long history and appear together on the FX comedy series Davewhich offers a fictionalized version of the satirical rapper and is currently on hiatus following the third-season finale that aired last year.

Lil Dicky performed the poolside show in front of an enthusiastic Las Vegas crowd, singing signature songs like “Save Dat Money,” “Freaky Friday,” “Pillow Talking” and “Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.” Lil Dicky often interacted with the public, including his surprised reaction to a fan's request to reveal a certain body part. (In standard Las Vegas style, men were charged more to enter than female attendees.)

“I've never seen a group of women singing 'show me your tits,' but I like it,” Lil Dicky told the audience. “Let's take a poll: who wants me to show my boobs? Who wants me to show off my dick? Who wants me to show my asshole?” After hearing the reactions, he responded, “Oh, my God – Vegas! I'm not showing any of that, not yet. Can we build on that? We can build the momentum Right?”

Lil Dicky performed a cover of the national anthem, which has been a live staple for him, and also sang a mostly a cappella version of the Backstreet Boys boy band classic “I Want It That Way.”

“I was singing this song in the shower,” he explained to the audience as he introduced the 1999 hit. “I've never sounded better singing in my entire life, and I thought, 'I have to sing this for the people.'”

Lil Dicky opened his set with a warning: “I don't take requests. Don't ask me to sing a specific song. It'll make me not play the song.”

He added: “I'm from Philadelphia and I want you to know that there's a Phillies playoff game right now and I'm not coming to watch to be with you. And I get paid, so both of those things together are why I'm here now. I love you so much.” (The baseball team probably could have used the support, as they lost 6-2 to the New York Mets.)

In May, Lil Dicky performed at Seth Rogen's Hollywood Bowl show which also included Snoop Dogg, Post Malone and Bill Burr as part of the Netflix Is a Joke festival.
