The upcoming film adaptation of the video game by Sony Pictures Until dawn is set to invade cinemas next year.
The film from director David F. Sandberg will be released in theaters on April 25, 2025. Gary Dauberman wrote the latest version of the screenplay for Screen Gems after Blair Butler wrote the previous draft of the screenplay. The film clashes with Amazon MGM Studios The accountant 2 on that date.
Until dawn is an R-rated ensemble film intended to pay homage to the horror genre. The cast includes Ella Rubin, Michael Cimino, Ji-young Yoo, Belmont Cameli, Odessa A'zion, Maia Mitchell and Peter Stormare.
