What was the last thing Tom Holland searched for on Google? Well… actually his girlfriend Zendaya.
THE Spider-Man actor, who attended the Euphoria star from 2021, recently revealed on Samah Dada's In the menu podcast that he sometimes Googles Zendaya to “check her out.”
“The last thing I Googled was Zendaya,” Holland admitted while promoting his new soft drink brand Bero. “I'm not into it [social media]and I delete it when I'm not using it.”
The crowded room he continued, “So sometimes it's more of an anxiety thing, but I'll check to see if everything's okay and to make sure we're all okay. So I give her some Google and look [through] the news, and I say, “He's fine.” We're fine.”
The couple met while filming in 2017 Spider-Man: Homecomingwhich sees Holland play the titular superhero and Zendaya play his love interest, MJ. They each reprized their characters for 2019 Spider-Man: Far From Home and 2021 Spider-Man: No Way Homeand they are ready to come back for Spider-Man 4 is currently in development.
Over the years, the couple has continued to keep their relationship private. Holland said The Hollywood journalist last year, “Our relationship is something we are incredibly protective of and want to keep as sacred as possible. We don't think we owe it to anyone, it's our thing and has nothing to do with our career.”
And it is a feeling that the Challengers the actress also feels the same way, telling Elle magazine last year about his relationship with Holland: “Parts of my life, I accept, will be public. I can't not be a person, live my life and love the person I love. But I also have control over what I choose to share. It's about protecting the peace and letting things be yours, but also about not being afraid to exist. You can't hide. This isn't funny either. I'm surfing it more than ever now.
