Before the biggest night on television begins, nominees, presenters and hosts are ready to hit the red carpet at the 2024 Emmys.
ABC On the red carpet will stream an Emmy preshow starting at 3:00 p.m. PT the Sunday before the ceremony, co-hosted by Eugene Levy and Dan Levy, which will begin live on ABC from 8:00-11:00 p.m. ET/5:00-8:00 p.m. PT.

This year, Shogun leads the pack for 2024 Emmy nominations with 25 total nominations. Other big contenders include FX's The bearwith 23 nominations; Hulu Only murders in the buildingwith 21; HBO/Max True Detective: The Land of the Nightwhich got a score of 19; and Netflix The crownwith 18.
The 2024 ceremony will honor dozens of categories, including best drama series, best comedy series, best limited or anthology series, best actress in a drama series, best actor in a comedy series, best reality series, and more.
The Emmys also hired dozens of celebrities to present the evening’s awards, including Kristen Wiig, Viola Davis, Lily Gladstone, Selena Gomez, Steve Martin, Martin Short, Matt Bomer, Colin Farrell, Joshua Jackson, Don Johnson, Mindy Kaling, Jimmy Kimmel, Greta Lee, John Leguizamo, George Lopez, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Martin Sheen, Jean Smart and Dick Van Dyke.
The show, produced by Jesse Collins Entertainment, will take place Sunday night at the Peacock Theater at LA LIVE in downtown Los Angeles.
